In this case, I have to motivate my other trainers who also give the training to the trainee (Martinelli and Milosevic, 2016). In this case, real time experience has to be shared with the trainee in order to develop an efficient labor force within the organization. In this case, the other trainer was not able to share their real time experience and in this case, I have tried to heir an experienced trainer but the authority of the organization has not supported me in this regard. In order to develop the schedule of the project I have learned that in order to maintain the proper the schedule the employees has to be more skilled and efficient otherwise, they will not be able to maintain the proper timing of the project.
