Answer: Describing the Situation: In this essay, I will share my experience as project members and both the positive and negative aspect of that project will be discussed. I have engaged with a project management team where the project members are engaged to train the new employees in various IT services. In this case, I have worked as the trainer and the supervisor of the project. In this case, the trainees have no such work experience and only they have the knowledge about the IT therefore, I have to motivate the trainees and have to provide them the more working knowledge that helps them to become more efficient. In this case, as a supervisor I have to developed the communication plan, project break down structure, management report in order to develop an efficient project management team. From this project, I have learned that proper project handling and the use of tools that are used to handle a project. In this case, I have to provide the resources in order to develop an efficient labor force that helps the organization to create value within the organization. In this case, I have to motivate my other trainers who also give the training to the trainee (Martinelli and Milosevic, 2016). In this case, real time experience has to be shared with the trainee in order to develop an efficient labor force within the organization. In this case, the other trainer was not able to share their real time experience and in this case, I have tried to heir an experienced trainer but the authority of the organization has not supported me in this regard. Linking the Experience to the Theory: In this essay, I will try to link my experience with the theory of the project management and the tools of the project management that I have used in the project. In this case, I have learned something new while implementing the project management tools within the project. In this regard, some problem I have faced and I have faced some critical situation that contradicts with the theory of the project management (Heagney, 2016). For example in this project, I have used work break down structure in order to manage the work of a project. However, in this case I have realized that in reality it is very much hard to follow the structure because of the other factors like skill of the employees, availability of the resources, situation of the organization, organizational culture of the organization. In this project, the organization has not chose the efficient labor and they do not have the real life example to handle the project. Still, from this project, I have made the work break down structure and it is my experience that I can be able to use this experience in some other project. Additionally, I have developed an table where I have identified the resources and where I have identified the personnel who will be responsible for the training of the employees. In this case effective communication process has used but I have realized that an effective communication process may not be able to fulfill the requirement if the communication skill of the employees are not up to the mark. However, from this situation I have learned that in order to choose an communication process I have to judge the communication skill of the employees otherwise, the project will not be able to fulfill the objectives of the organization (Haimes, 2015). Providing the Insight into how I was Engaged: In this project, I have worked as senior trainer of the project and the supervisor of the project and my responsibilities ware to design the project and to assign the responsibilities to the other trainer. In this case, I have tried to motivate the other trainer in order to share their technological knowledge with the trainee but the trainers were unable to share and their communication process was not up to the mark there it was impossible to them to guide the trainee on the basis of the requirement of the organization (Hill, 2013). In this case, the authority of the organization has employed me to supervise the project work but the authority has not given me the resources to improve the project plan. In effect of this, it was impossible for me to develop an efficient work force by providing the proper training. In addition to that, the time of the project was also short and it was difficult to complete the objectives of the project (Mir and Pinnington, 2014). Experience that I have Learned: From the project I have learned that the purpose of the work break down structure may not be fulfilled in every project on the basis of the other factors of the project will decide the effectiveness of the work break down structure (Haimes, 2015). In this case, my theoretical knowledge did not help me to handle the project; in this regard, I have changed my decision on the basis situation. In addition to that, I have learned that the communication process has to be chosen on the basis of the skill of the employees otherwise an effective communication process may not be able to fulfill the objectives of the project (Kerzner, 2013). In order to develop the schedule of the project I have learned that in order to maintain the proper the schedule the employees has to be more skilled and efficient otherwise, they will not be able to maintain the proper timing of the project. Based on the skill of the employees the schedule of a project has to be developed (Schwalbe, 2015). Conclusion: In this regard, the organization can be able to add the value within the organization but the project in this regard was unable to fulfill the purpose of the organization. In this regard, the project design has to be altered and the more research is required in order to get the effective result from the project. In this regard, the authority of the organization can discuss with me then some additional recommendations or some policies could be adopted in order to develop a fruitful project for the organization. Therefore, in this case, I have tried my level best in order to successful the project but unfortunately, the due to shortage of the resources the project was not able to fulfill the objectives of the organization.
